Noon on - Settle in to lodging, go to Dining Hall to make a nametag, eat your bag supper (or go out to eat), socialize etc.

8:00 PM - Announcements, icebreaker, warm cookies, and dancing in the Dining Hall

9:00 PM - Singing in the Dining Hall

All night -Late Night Lounge in the Dining Hall

Saturday, October 2nd

7:00 AM - Meet at the Dining Hall entrance for bird walk. Bring Binoculars (optional)

7:30 – 8:30 AM - Breakfast and announcements in the Dining Hall. Basket raffle starts. Bidding begins on silent auction

8:30 AM - Newcomers' Meeting - Front Porch of the Dining Hall: Come and introduce yourselves and meet your Committee Hostesses! We'll answer questions and point you in the right direction(s)."

8:45 AM - Opening ceremony at the flagpole near Dining Hall

9:15 – 12:30 PM - Workshops (A: 9:15 – 10: 45, B: 11 – 12:30)

12:45 – 1:15 PM - Lunch and announcements in the Dining Hall. Bid on basket raffle and silent auction items.

2:15 – 5:30 PM - Workshops (C: 2:15 – 4:15, D: 4:30 – 5:30)

5:30 – 6:30 PM - Appetizers and punch in the Dining Hall. Silent auction closes at 6:45 PM

7:00 PM - Dinner and announcements in the Dining Hall

8:00 PM - Live auction and raffle

9:00 PM - Singing in the Dining Hall

10:00 PM - Night hike

All night - Late Night Lounge in the Dining Hall

Sunday October 3rd

8:00 – 9:00 AM - Breakfast and announcements in the Dining Hall

9:00 AM - Closing ceremony at flagpole near Dining Hall

9:15 AM- 10:15 - Closing service project and camp clean up

10:30 - Noon - Workshops (E: 10:30 - 12:00)
